Further to my letter to the web earlier concerning the Blue Peter 50th anniversary, here's the RN
Volunteer Band of HMS Heron, along with the Christmas cake on the gun carriage! This was 1979, during my wonderful year as their B/Mr. They were a fantastic bunch believe me!
