On Friday last I was standing in my local "Chippie" purchasing for the wife and I when the little lady next to me looked at me and said:

- "Excuse me but aren't you Mick Logan?"

To which I replied:

"Yes but I'm sorry I can't place you!"

"I'm Wendy Hargreaves - Gunners wife!"

You could have knocked me down with a feather. To cut a long story short, I now know where Gunner is residing, only five minutes from where I live. I invited Wendy to come to my home and eat her supper in comfort with the wife and myself. She now has an open invitation to come any time she likes and we do hope that she will take us up on the offer. I shall be going to see Gunner this week so I'll keep you posted.
