Update March 4th:

Just to let you know that David is feeling a little better and the specialist is sending him home to Folkestone today. He is hoping that the drugs he has prescribed will help until his health improves when decisions can be made as to his best treatment.

Dave Curtis was on holiday at Hayling Island near Portsmouth when, on Friday last, he had a heart attack. He was taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital here in Portsmouth and as I live locally I have just been there to see if I could help in any way.

His wife and two sons were there too but obviously they have to return home and his wife returns to Folkestone tomorrow.

Dave is on oxygen and the usual heart monitors and is feeling anxious but getting great treatment. He has more tests to come and then no doubt they will send him to a hospital nearer his home.

In the meantime I will keep an eye on him.
